Green Marble

I hope that everyone has had a very Happy Thanksgiving, late posting this week I am about to take this off but it lasted pretty well. This was my second attempt at doing a marble look. I tried water marbling and just can not do it right to save my life, so I just did the marbling with the small dotter. I got this inspiration from a you tube video, however can't remember which one right now. It's back to work for me tomorrow. Did great on my eating today, did not do too much and ready to get back on track and lose some weight. Hope you like!!

Hello all I am just popping in to show you guys the look I wore earlier in the week. I really liked it but did not keep it on long because of those rhinestones. I just kept losing them and then my polish started to peel off around them. It was really pretty for 2 days though.

Nail Gift Exchange and Haul

I wanted to show what I got from my Christmas polish exchange. I received my gifts from Anne R and her blog is lovinlifee.wordpress.com. She sent me some great polishes and a really sweet card as well. She has a relatively new blog so please visit and see her work. I really enjoyed the gift and hope to participate in other gift exchanges with many, many bloggers.
My second picture is of my small haul that I finally found. The WetNWild Craze polishes. I have been looking for them forever and found them at Walgreen's earlier in the week. They are buy one get one free right now so if you have a Walgreen's near by hurry and check it out. I got all I could find. I love the colors but they are waaaay smaller than I expected, they are tiny. But I have used the metallic looking one and got compliments on the color the first day I wore it. That's all the nail reporting I have for now. Ta ta!!

Its Contest Time Yah!!!

I am so excited to announce that I finally reached 50 followers. That may not be a lot to some bloggers but it means the world to me. I really appreciate each and every comment, each piece of advice and even the constructive criticism. So to celebrate I am doing my very first contest. Here are the prizes:

There are two prizes so that means two winners picked at random. The first group will go to the first name chosen and the second will be the second name chosen. I think I will use an online site for the choosing but not sure yet. The only requirement is to be one of my wonderful subscribers. That is it. You do not have to leave a comment because I will enter all my subscribers into the drawing. I will leave the contest open for a week so this is a weeks notice. On next Sunday at 6pm I will enter all my subscribers and do my drawing, that is 11/15/09.

Hello ladies,
This is the manicure I am starting the week off with. I just did a slanted french manicure in yellow and went over it with black stripes. I then traced the line with a gold glitter and added some tiny beads. The beads are not that straight and I don't really like them very much now that I am looking at them but I'm sure by the end of the week they will have fallen off. Blue Rays

Good Evening everyone,
I hope that your week is going well, I wanted to share the look I am sporting right now. I did it on Saturday and today is Tuesday, its holding up okay. I've had a pretty stressful two days at work but my nails still look good. My exercise goals have been excellent but still not eating the best, can't avoid sweets. I'm really happy with how my nails are growing back. I have mixed a product called Ovation Cell Therapy in with my cuticle cream or lotion that I apply every night. You can google them online and learn all about it. I originally bought it when I was growing my hair out but it worked so good for my nails, just massaging it in my hair that I started mixing it with my lotions. It is a growth aid for women with hair loss and thinning. One bottle is very expensive but it works well.
