Nail Challenge

Okay so I have been really neglecting both my nails and this blog lately. I don't mean to really, it's just that life sort of "gets in the way of the fun stuff." Starting today I am taking an honest vow to care for my nails. I am going to go back to my weekly soaks and scrubs. Make sure I use my cuticle creams daily and nail hardener. I am on a 3 month challenge. I have been scouring the web and have found some good soaking recipes. One from Kawaii-nails on YouTube. I am going home tonight and starting.

If anyone wishes to start with me please feel free to do so. I will post a picture of my naked nails and try to update weekly on what I did that week with my nails to pamper them. Its time to get ready for the new year and I can't keep my wait from fluctuating up and down so I will start with my nails this time.

Rasta Nails

Decided to try an inspired by look for the beginning of this week. The third picture is a pair of thread earrings that inspired the entire look. I call these my rasta nails as they are the rasta colors. Please excuse my left had as I always have trouble drawing with it but they still were very cute nails.

Pretty Kitty

Cute little manicure I did last week with basic french with colors, orange and pink. Then I used nail art decals of kitty items, paw prints, bones, kittens. I thought it was cute but decals never last long on my nails and can be very frustrating as they snag on things are pop up often.

Halloween mani

I "borrowed" this look from a you tuber and right now I can't remember the name but I do subscribe to her. She did a mummy look for a Halloween tutorial but she did all 10 fingers. I just decided to do only two on each hand so it wouldn't be so in-your-face. It came out cute and lasted a while.

I am leaving Tuesday for my son's Army bct graduation. I would like to thank all of you who left your well wishes for him to keep going. Thanks!
