I was inspired by the minx looks for this manicure, it really does look much better and more vibrant in person. These pictures are from my cell phone so please excuse the quality. I used Excuse me by Pure Ice and it is a very pretty color.
Thanx @Savvy it was just a three step process just base coat polish, then striper polish. It is a holographic polish that makes it look like the minx type look and just careful line drawing.
